We are also hired (referred to Companies) by Investment Bankers, who despite having their own research departments, use our services to reach out to a broader audience beyond purchasers of IPO’s and secondaries. In addition to Institutions, we reach retail and high-net worth individuals who invest in the after-market.

Roland Rick Perry, Managing Director
Roland Rick Perry is the Managing Director of Institutional Analyst Inc. (IA), an independent investment research and investor relations firm, as well as editor of nine industry specific investment reviews. One of the best one mile runners to come out of the Chicago area, he attended Southern Illinois University, Loyola of Chicago and UCLA on track scholarships, achieving an Olympic Qualifying performance in the early eighties, right in time for the Olympic boycott in 1980.
Roland began his career on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) as a runner in 1974. He worked for a number of well-respected investment banking firms such as Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber, AG Becker Paribas and Drexel Burnham Lambert, prior to launching his own firm in 1995.
He is the founder of the Chicago Stock & Bond Club, Morgan & Weed and Blank Check Capital Corp., which participated in Wall Streetโs first โUltra-Miniโขโ blank check offering (SPAC), as President of Life Sciences Opportunities Inc., which successfully merged with a tattoo removal company in based in Beverly Hills (at one point the leading tattoo removal in the US). He is also founder of Revelers Media Group Inc., in 2017, a social media network and lifestyle destination site for millennials.
Mr. Perry has been quoted and/or interviewed in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, CBS MarketWatch, South China Morning Post, the London Register, the UK Register and featured in Australia’s ABC televised broadcast Lateline, and in a featured segment piece on National Enquirer TV.

Mr. Robert H. Hesse, has been an officer and director of various New York Stock Exchange member firms since graduating from St. Peterโs University with a B.S. in Philosophy. He founded his own NYSE investment banking firm, Swartwood, Hesse Inc., (1981-1992) and later in 1992 founded the Dorchester Group, Inc. a venture banking firm. He has been involved in the management and boards of directors of several private and public companies
